“Karla has been caretaking our condo for several years. The cleaning aspect is first rate but is only a small part of her care. She treats the overall property as her own. She has made suggestions for bedding, towels etc which are appropriate for our unit during rentals. She has spotted two plumbing leaks early before they caused much damage and was timely in helping with the repairs. She has been available to let workers in and out. We simply could not be absent owners without her help. Early in our ownership we had used other cleaning services who were less expensive but their work was not up to our standards. ”
